Blaze Gym in Highams Park, London is a friendly modern fitness centre offering gym & exercise classes. Our gym offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment, flexible memberships & an exciting range of exercise classes like Spin, Boxercise, BodyPump, HIIT & more.

DOWNSTAIRS
Dedicated cardio area. Dedicated free weights area. Dedicated pin-loaded weights machines. Changing rooms and showers.
UPSTAIRS
Dedicated class studio with fitness classes running every 15 minutes. (All members have access to our In Club Les Mills Virtual Classes) Dedicated functional and stretch area. Outdoor CrossFit Zone. (A complete Outdoor Blaze Warrior Zone)
CLASSES
Get fit and have fun at one of the many exercise classes at BLAZE Gym. We offer Boxercise, BodyPump, Spin, Legs + Bums + Core, HIIT, Yoga, Total Body Conditioning, Bike+ Rhythm, SPRINT, GRIT, Body Balance, Body Combat’, Barre & Pilates.
To book a gym class, please use the FitSense app. This will show you the latest timetable and allow you to book an exercise class 24 hours in advance.
